Description
Le projet de restructuration de la tour de Pathologie B23 est inscrit au Plan Stratégique Infrastructures 2024-2030, par phases indépendantes. Ce projet doit permettre de rénover et mettre en conformité l’ensemble des installations techniques du bâtiment, dont l’enveloppe (châssis et toitures) a été rénovée en 2019-2020. Le marché de travaux est réalisé par phases indépendantes, selon la libération des budgets nécessaires et le phasage des travaux (chaises musicales) pour permettre en tout temps la continuité de l’activité, y compris pendant les travaux. Le présent marché de travaux porte sur la phase 1 qui concerne le niveau technique et les installations communes au -2 et les travaux d’aménagement du plateau +5. Le dossier de soumission est envoyé sur demande écrite à CESAME (marches@uliege.be) après signature d’un engagement de confidentialité.
