Поръчката включва предоставяне на фиксирани телефонни услуги, заедно с всички включени в стандартите допълнителни гласови и други услуги, позволяващи реализацията на входящи и изходящи, гласови и факс повиквания в мрежата на ГДИН, както и повиквания към други мобилни и фиксирани мрежи на територията на Република България и в чужбина, от и към абонати на Възложителя (335 бр. обикновени телефонни поста, 3 броя SIP с до 10 броя разговорни канали, 34 бр. ISDN BRA и 17 бр. Автоматичен вход). Възложителят има правото да ги променя съобразно потребностите на териториалните служби.
