Description
Description of Requirement Public Safety Canada requires a Contractor to provide a suitable venue, hospitality services and complete audio-visual services for a three-day conference for up to 500 participants. The event will include plenary sessions, concurrent breakout sessions, VIP activities, partner showcases, networking, side meetings and an evening reception on Day 1. The Contractor must complete required setup, configuration and testing before the event and provide onsite support throughout delivery and teardown. Event Dates and Basis of Selection The preferred event dates are three consecutive weekdays during the week of February 22, 2027. Bidders may also propose other three-consecutive-weekday options in February 2027, excluding February 15, 2027, Family Day.
