Předmětem této zakázky je poskytování služeb samostatného zprostředkovatele ve smyslu zákona č. 170/2018 Sb., o distribuci pojištění a zajištění, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, pro zadavatele. Předmětem plnění je zajištění správy pojištění zadavatele směřujících k udržení a aktualizaci stavu pojistných smluv, hodnocení rizika a návrhů na optimalizaci pojištění, tj. zejména: poskytování konzultační a poradenské činnosti, správa uzavřených pojistných smluv, sledování včasné platby pojištění, asistence při řešení pojistných událostí vyplývajících z uzavřených smluv a škod na majetku, včetně nároků z odpovědnosti za újmu na zdraví nebo nemajetkovou újmu, zejména pacientů; poskytnutí právní, poradenské činnosti z oblasti pojišťovnictví; posouzení a analýza stávajících pojistných smluv.
