Description
Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je novostavba nového administrativního centra Lesů České republiky, s.p. (dále též jen „NAC LČR“), včetně navazujících drobných staveb, a včetně technické a dopravní infrastruktury, v kat. úz. Nový Hradec Králové (dále jen „Stavba“ nebo též „Dílo“). Stavba bude realizována v místě stávajícího areálu zadavatele v ulici Přemyslova. Stavba bude obsahovat 1 podzemní a 2 nadzemní podlaží. Podzemní podlaží budovy, schodišťová jádra a hospodářský objekt v místě nadzemního parkoviště bude realizován z monolitického železobetonu. Nadzemní části hlavní budovy budou zhotoveny jako dřevostavba v kombinaci tří konstrukčních systémů – two by four konstrukce pro obvodové stěny, ztužující stěny a příčky, vazníková konstrukce z lepeného dřeva pro vynesení velkých rozponů a CLT panely použité pro stropní desky. V rámci podzemního podlaží budou umístěny hromadné garáže, archivy, skladové a technicko-technologické prostory objektu. Ve dvou nadzemních podlažích budou…
