Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zajištění komplexního servisu prádla. Komplexní servis prádla zahrnuje pronájem uceleného sortimentu prádla (dále jen „systémové prádlo“), jeho praní, čištění, dezinfekci, žehlení, opravování, skládání, balení a označování. Dále obsahuje nakládání s rizikovým prádlem (infekční, kontaminované cytostatiky, apod.), logistické zabezpečení distribuce čistého a špinavého prádla včetně kvantitativního zajištění a všech činností s těmito službami spojenými tj. zajištění kvality, nastavení kontrolních systémů kvality, předcházení ztrátám, objednávání a vykazování dodávek, to vše ve sjednaných časech plnění s dodáním na dohodnutá dodací místa zadavatele.
