Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky „Dodávka až 40 ks kloubových nízkopodlažních trolejbusů s alternativním pohonem“ je dodávka až 40 ks kloubových nízkopodlažních trolejbusů s alternativním pohonem a uzavření smlouvy o zajištění záručního, mimozáručního a pozáručního servisu (dále také jako „servisní smlouva“), kterou se dodavatel zaváže poskytovat zadavateli záruční, mimozáruční i pozáruční služby ve vztahu k trolejbusům dodaným dle rámcové dohody. Všechny trolejbusy musí mít technické vlastnosti stanovené v technické specifikaci uvedené v příloze ZD – Soupis požadavků na dodávku kloubových nízkopodlažních trolejbusů s alternativním pohonem.
