MARKKINAVUOROPUHELU Markkinavuoropuhelun kohteena on Väylävirastolla valmistelussa oleva Seinäjoki–Ilmajoki rataosuuden korjaus, ratasuunnitelma -niminen hankinta. HANKINNAN TAUSTAA JA TAVOITTEET Hankittavassa suunnittelutoimeksiannossa laaditaan Väyläviraston ohjeiden mukainen ratasuunnitelma välillä Seinäjoki–Ilmajoki. Seinäjoki–Ilmajoki rataosuuden korjaus, ratasuunnitelma on osa Väyläviraston Seinäjoki–Kaskinen (Suupohjan rata) radan suunnittelu ja korjaus -hanketta. Suunnittelukohde sijaitsee Etelä-Pohjanmaan maakunnassa Seinäjoen kaupungin ja Ilmajoen kunnan alueilla rataosalla 1506 Seinäjoki-Kaskinen, joka on sähköistämätön, yksiraiteinen tavaraliikennerata. Väylävirasto on turvallisuussyistä kieltänyt liikennöinnin radalla sen huonokuntoisuuden vuoksi syyskuussa 2024. Suunnittelualueelle sijoittuu Koskenkorvan liikennepaikka, 11 siltaa (ml.
