Description
Metsähallitus Metsätalous Oy ja Metsähallitus Luontopalvelut (myöhemmin Metsähallitus) hankkii metsätielle, rakennushankkeisiin sekä purokunnostuksiin murskeita ja kutusoraa joko maa-ainesvarastolta (montulta) tai metsätielle toimitettuna ja levitettynä (sorastuksen palvelukuvaus liite 1). Tarjoaja voi tarjota tarjouksessaan myös myymänsä maa-aineksen kuljetusta, jolloin hän tarjoaa kertoimen suhteessa sorastuksen taksataulukkoon (liite 2). Tarjoaja voi tarjouksessaan kieltäytyä myymästä maa-aineksia muutoin kuin tielle toimitettuna. Tarjouksessa tulee ilmoittaa maa-ainespaikan sijainti ja tarjottavat murskeet hintoineen varastolla. Tarjousten perusteella Metsähallitus hyväksyy toimittajat puitejärjestelyyn. Puitejärjestely alkaa 1.1.2027 ja päättyy 31.12.2028. Tarjottuihin hintoihin sovelletaan liitteen 5 mukaista indeksiehtoa. Sekä tarjottu murskeen hinta että kuljetuksen maksukerroin nousee tai laskee indeksiehdon mukaisesti. Kuhunkin käyttökohteeseen Metsähallitus vertailee…
