Description
Maanteiden hoitourakka on tavoitehintainen palvelusopimus, jossa korostetaan tilaajan ja urakoitsijan välistä sopimuksen aikaista yhteistyötä. Maanteiden hoitourakassa urakoitsijalle kuuluvat hoidonjohtotehtävät, hoitotöiden hankinnat ja sopimuksenmukaiset hoitotyöt. Sopimus kattaa maanteiden talvi- ja kesähoidon sopimusasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Sopimukseen sisältyy Jyväskylän urakka-alueella sijaitsevien maanteiden kesä- ja talvihoito. Sopimukseen kuuluvaa tiestöä on yhteensä noin 1 180 kilometriä, josta Ise 2-ajorataista noin 65 km, Ise 1-ajorataista noin 50 km, Is 1-ajorataista noin 185 km, sorateitä noin 390 km ja kävely- ja pyöräilyväyliä noin 205 km. Urakka on vaativuudeltaan erittäin vaativa urakka.
