Description

Hankinnan kohteena on lastensuojelun toimeksiantosuhteisen ympärivuorokautisen perhehoidon palvelu. Perhehoidolla tarkoitetaan lapsen tai nuoren hoidon, kasvatuksen ja muun ympärivuorokautisen huolenpidon järjestämistä sijaisperheessä perhehoitolain (263/2015) mukaisesti. Palvelu tarjoaa lapselle turvallisen ja kodinomaisen kasvuympäristön tilanteissa, joissa kotona asuminen ei ole mahdollista. Sopimuskausi on kaksi (2) vuotta. Sitä voidaan jatkaa kahdella (2) yhden (1) vuoden mittaisella optiokaudella. Palvelu on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteessä 1. Palvelukuvaus.
