Description
La consultation vise à établir une convention de participation pour la prévoyance complémentaire des agents territoriaux, couvrant l'incapacité temporaire de travail, l'invalidité et le décès. Le contrat est à adhésion facultative du 1er janvier 2027 au 31 décembre 2028, puis à adhésion obligatoire à compter du 1er janvier 2029. Les candidats doivent remettre trois taux distincts pour les différentes périodes. Aucune convention de participation n'est en cours à la date de publication de la loi n° 2025-1251 du 22 décembre 2025. En application de l'article 6 de cette loi, les dispositions relatives à l'adhésion obligatoire ne sont applicables à l'acheteur qu'à compter du 1er janvier 2029. Le contrat collectif est en conséquence à adhésion facultative du 1er janvier 2027 au 31 décembre 2028, puis à adhésion obligatoire à compter du 1er janvier 2029, dans les conditions détaillées au chapitre 03 des Conditions Particulières.
