Description

C’est un marché à prix mixtes, unitaires et forfaitaires. Les prestations donnent lieu à un marché ordinaire pour la partie forfaitaire et un accord cadre à bons de commande pour la partie unitaire. Pour la partie unitaire, l’accord-cadre sans minimum et avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Le montant des prestations pour la période initiale de l'accord-cadre est défini sans minimum et avec un maximum de 15 000.00€HT.
