Le présent marché est un accord-cadre à bons de commande, mono-attributaire par lot, relatif à la sûreté des bâtiments communaux de la Ville de Blagnac : anti-intrusion, contrôle d'accès, vidéosurveillance bâtimentaire et télésurveillance. Il porte sur les sites communaux listés à l'Annexe A1 : bâtiments administratifs, groupes scolaires, établissements de petite enfance, équipements sportifs et culturels, Hôtel de Police Municipale et dépôt d'armes, cuisine centrale, sites techniques et salles municipales. L'Annexe A1 précise, pour chaque site, son raccordement à la télésurveillance et la présence d'installations de vidéosurveillance bâtimentaire.
