Groupement de commandes composé de la Ville de Thionville (coordonnateur) et de son CCAS. L'accord-cadre mono-attributaire est conclu à compter du 01/01/2027 jusqu'au 31/12/2030. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires.
