La présente consultation a pour objet de définir les conditions d'exploitation du futur marché restauration avec une société de restauration collective sur le Campus du BRGM situé au 3 avenue Claude Guillemin à Orléans. L'objectif pour BRGM est de : - Choisir un TITULAIRE en phase avec les attentes exprimées et en mesure de répondre à la palette d'offres restaurations demandée dans le présent CCTP. - Obtenir une prestation moderne et attrayante, répondant aux évolutions des nouvelles habitudes des salariés et des exigences RSE, - Garantir une prestation alimentaire de qualité, en lien avec les attentes des convives et la réglementation en vigueur, - Obtenir une qualité de prestation constante sur toute la durée du contrat, - Être une référence en termes de RSE (Achats durable, Gestion des déchets et invendus, inclusion). - Avoir la capacité d'adaptation et de garantir une continuité de service lors des travaux techniques prévus lors du marché
