Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet les prestations suivantes : La fourniture et la livraison de carburants en vrac sur le site du Parc Routier Départemental à Bordeaux et, sur les différents Centres d'Exploitation répartis sur l'ensemble du département de la Gironde. L'accord cadre mono-attributaire à bon de commande ne comporte pas de montant minimum et son montant maximum est fixé pour chaque période d'exécution à 2 000 000 euro(s) HT. L'exécution du présent accord- cadre comporte une clause d'insertion sociale en application des articles L2112-2 & L2112-3 du code de la commande publique
