Les prestations attendues du titulaire sont les suivantes : - Pour la partie à prix forfaitaire, il s’agit d’assurer la • Maintenance corrective et support • Maintenance évolutive, adaptative et règlementaire - Pour la partie à bons de commande, il s’agit de fournir des prestations complémentaires occasionnelles afin de répondre aux besoins exprimés par MAMP dans le cadre de son infrastructure d’informatique décisionnelle, à savoir : • Mission d’assistance sur site ou à distance, • Développements complémentaires (étude, assistance technique, développement…), • Installation ou mise à niveau des serveurs BO.
