Le Marché a pour objet de sélectionner des prestataires de services d’investissement qui, dans le cadre d’un mandat de gestion discrétionnaire, auront la responsabilité de créer et de gérer un/des fonds dédiés pour le FRR. Ce(s) fonds sera/seront constitués sous la forme d’un fonds professionnel spécialisé. Ce(s) fonds aura/auront pour objectif de gestion la recherche d’une performance annuelle supérieure à son indice de référence sur la durée du marché. Cet indice de référence aura des caractéristiques substantiellement similaires à l’indice ICE BofA Euro High Yield EU members & Western Europe Issuers Index (HEEC Index Bloomberg). Ce(s) fonds aura/auront pour stratégie d’investir dans des obligations et autres titres de créance émis en euro de la catégorie "Haut rendement" (High Yield).
