Description
Le marché a pour objet la conception, la préparation, l’animation, la coordination, la communication et l’évaluation des activités du Réseau Plan Climat. Au sens du présent marché, l’animation du réseau consiste à fédérer et coordonner l’activité de ses membres afin de favoriser une dynamique collective à l’échelle régionale. Pour cela, il est attendu du prestataire qu’il favorise les échanges, la convivialité et le plaisir pour les membres de faire partie du réseau. Fédérer autour d’intérêts communs et valoriser le travail des membres du réseau en le partageant sont essentiels pour stimuler, mobiliser et rendre dynamique le réseau. La gestion de l’information pour et au sein du réseau a donc une place importante dans l’animation à développer. L’objectif étant d’accompagner les membres du réseau à devenir de véritables acteurs de son animation et non pas de simples « consommateurs » de ce dernier.
