1/ La consultation est décomposée en deux lots ci-après énoncés : Lot 1 Location et entretien des pneumatiques pour les autobus et autocars de l'établissement urbain ; Lot 2 Location et entretien des pneumatiques pour les autobus et autocars de l'établissement interurbain. Les candidats ont la possibilité de soumissionner à un ou à la totalité des lots. Les offres seront examinées lot par lot. Les candidats ne peuvent présenter des offres variables selon le nombre de lots susceptibles d'être obtenus. Chaque lot donne lieu à la passation d'un marché séparé.
