1/ La présente consultation vise la passation d'une procédure ayant pour objet des prestations de réparation de tiroirs de pilotage automatique pour le métro de la Régie des Transports Métropolitains. La consultation n'est pas allotie. 2/ Le présent marché public est passé selon une procédure avec négociation, en application des articles L2124-3, R2124-4, R2161-21 à R2161-23 du Code de la Commande Publique (désigné ci-après « Le Code »). 3/ L'accord-cadre est conclu avec un seul opérateur économique et exécuté : - en partie par l'émission de bons de commande, pour les prestations décrites dans les documents contractuels (dans les conditions fixées aux articles R2162-13 et R2162-14 du Code) ; - et en partie par la conclusion de marchés subséquents pour les besoins dont toutes les stipulations contractuelles ne sont pas fixées dans les documents de l'accord-cadre (conformément aux articles R2162-7, R2162-11 et R2162-12 du Code). 4/ En application de l'article R2162-4 du Code, le marché…
