CAPBP, coordonnateur du groupement de commande ayant pour membres : La Communauté d'Agglomération Pau Béarn Pyrénées (CAPBP), la ville de Pau (VDP) et le Syndicat Mixte Pau Béarn Pyrénées Mobilités (SMPBPM) Accord-cadre à bons de commande réparti en 2 lots. Pour le lot 1, l'accord cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 2 ans à compter de sa date de notification. Le lot 1 est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme.
