Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mixte (à prix forfaitaire et à bons de commande), mono-attributaire, conclu pour une durée d'un an, reconductible 3 fois par période d'un an, soit 4 ans maximum. Ceci à compter du 07 janvier 2027 ou de la date de notification du contrat si postérieure.
