La consultation porte sur la fourniture et la livraison d’équipements de vidéoprotection pour équiper la Ville de Cholet. Le détail des équipements est indiqué dans l’annexe technique. L’accord-cadre à bons de commande est conclu pour une période à compter de la date de notification et jusqu'au 30 juin 2027, renouvelable 4 fois par période de 6 mois, par reconduction expresse. L'accord-cadre à bons de commande est conclu sans montant minimum et avec un maximum. Le montant des prestations est susceptible de varier dans les limites suivantes : - Montant maximum : 150 000 € HT, soit 180 000 € TTC pour la première période ; - Montant maximum pour chaque période de reconduction suivante: 150 000 € HT, soit 180 000 € TTC
