Description
La Métropole Rouen Normandie souhaite se doter de parcs vélos sécurisés dans lesquels les usagers pourront accéder à une place de stationnement vélo sécurisée, par abonnement ou par ticket horaire. Le matériel attendu devra être qualitatif et esthétique de façon à satisfaire l'intégration paysagère et ainsi répondre aux exigences des architectes des bâtiments de France (ABF). Ces parcs vélos doivent être interopérables avec la solution de gestion d'accès global (software : back et front office et hardware : matériel contrôle d'accès, cylindre…) fourni par la Métropole dans le cadre d'un marché de gestion, d'exploitation et de commercialisation du service de stationnement vélo sécurisé « LOVELO stationnement ».
