Description
Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet l'organisation, les contenus et la réalisation des actions de formation destinées aux assistants maternels agréés par le Département du Val-de-Marne, au titre de la formation obligatoire de niveau 1, d'une durée de 80 heures, préalable à l'accueil d'un enfant. Ces prestations s'inscrivent dans le cadre des missions de la Direction départementale de la Protection maternelle et infantile (PMI), notamment au titre de l'article L. 2112-2 du Code de la santé publique. Conformément aux dispositions des articles D. 421-50 et D. 421-51 du Code de l'action sociale et des familles, le Département peut faire appel à des organismes dispensant des formations.
