Description
La loi 2004-809 du 13 août 2004 donne compétence aux Régions pour la définition et la mise en oeuvre de la politique régionale de formation professionnelle des jeunes et des adultes à la recherche d'un emploi. Cette compétence a été réaffirmée par la loi du 5 mars 2014 qui a étendu son champ d'application aux personnes sous-main de justice, aux français de l'étranger, au socle de connaissances et de compétences professionnelles et à la coordination du Service Public Régional de l'Orientation. Afin de répondre à cette compétence, la Région Grand Est a choisi de construire son offre de formation à partir d'un croisement entre besoins en emploi et en compétences identifiés dans le cadre de concertations menées avec les branches professionnelles et l'Etat, et diagnostics, menés sur le territoire des Maisons de la Région et avec les acteurs locaux, afin d'identifier localement, ainsi qu'à l'échelle du Grand Est, la réponse formation la plus adéquate et opérationnelle.
