Description
Das Amt Nortorfer Land beabsichtigt die Einführung einer neuen Softwarelösung zur Durchführung des doppischen Finanz- und Rechnungswesens gemäß den gesetzlichen Anforderungen des Landes Schleswig-Holstein. Die bisher eingesetzte Lösung (MACH mps CIP) soll abgelöst werden. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Bereitstellung, Implementierung, Umstellungsleistungen der Software sowie Wartung, Pflege und fortlaufende Kundenbetreuung im "SaaS-Betrieb". Die Software wird von dem Anbieter gehostet, der auch die Infrastruktur, Sicherheit, Wartung und Updates verwaltet. Nutzer greifen über einen Webbrowser oder eine mobile App darauf zu, ohne lokale Installation oder Wartung. Ausgeschrieben wird ein Nutzungszeitraum von 5 Jahren, mit der Option auf Verlängerung der Laufzeit.
