Description
Die Stadt Marl beabsichtigt die Neuaufstellung ihres Flächennutzungsplans (FNP), da der zurzeit wirksame FNP bereits über 40 Jahre alt ist. Es gibt bereits über 70 Änderungsverfahren, wobei der FNP den erforderlichen Bedarfen aufgrund der veralteten Daten- und Rechtsgrundlagen nicht mehr entspricht. Erste Arbeiten zur Neuaufstellung des FNP sollen zum März 2027 erfolgen. Die Erstellung des neuen FNP umfasst gemäß § 20 der HOAI Grundleistungen und gemäß Anlage 9 Besondere Leistungen zur Flächenplanung. Die Grundleistungen werden vom Auftraggeber erwartet und durch besondere Leistungen, die für Marl zusätzlich erforderlich werden, ergänzt. Die Grundlage der zu erbringenden Leistungen für die Neuaufstellung des FNP stellt die HO-AI in § 20 dar sowie besondere Leistungen, die pauschal abgebildet werden.
