Description
Das Bauvorhaben Parkhaus P2 wird nach Abschluss der Rohbauarbeiten für das Kellergeschoss und der zwei Treppenhäuser übergeben. Das Systemparkhaus wird auf einem bereits fertiggestellten Kellergeschoss und zwischen zwei Treppenhäusern aus Stahlbeton errichtet. Der Rohbau wird nach Vergabe des Leistung Systemparkhaus statisch an das Parkhaussystem angepasst. Die Abmessungen ändern sich dadurch nicht. Das vorliegende Leistungsprogramm erfasst für das Parkhaus P2 folgende Leistungen: Erstellen eines funktionsfähigen barrierefreien Splitlevel-Parkhauses auf einer Grundfläche von ca. 1850m2 in Stahlskelettbauweise (offene Großgarage) mit 12 Parkebenen und mind. 350 PKW-Stellplätzen (12 barrierefreie Stellplätze). Einschließlich extensiver Dachbegrünung, Berücksichtigung der bauseits an die Stahlkonstruktion zu montierende Betonfertigteil-Fassade und der Fassadenbegrünung in Pflanzkübeln auf Höhe der Decken über Ebene 00/01 und der Attika.
