Diese Gesamtentwicklung des High-Tech Parks Sachsen-Anhalt erfordert eine integrierte Gesamt-Masterplanung über das rund 1.100 Hektar umfassende Entwicklungsgebiet. Die bisherige Masterplanung deckt lediglich den Bereich Sülzetal beziehungsweise den B-Plan „Über den Springen“ ab und ist aufgrund der geänderten Rahmenbedingungen sowie neuer Flächen-, Nutzungs- und Infrastruk-turannahmen in Teilen fortzuschreiben. Für die weitere Projektentwicklung ist eine gesamthafte Betrachtung aller drei Teilgebiete „Über den Springen“, „Eulenberg“ und „Stemmerberg“ sowie gleichzeitig eine teilgebietsspezifische Vertiefung erforderlich. Dabei sind die Teilprojektentwicklungen inhaltlich unterschiedlich ausgeprägt: von Campus- und Innovationsfunktionen über großflächige Ansiedlungen bis hin zu einer flexiblen technologieorientierten Flächenentwicklung. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Erarbeitung eines übergeordneten Gesamtkonzepts, das Erschließung, Städtebau, Nutzung, Medieninfrastruktur, Mobilität…
