Description
Die Stadt Wolfenbüttel errichtet aktuell auf dem Grundstück des Gymnasiums im Schloss an seiner Südseite auf einer Grundfläche von rd. 1.300 m² den 3-geschossigen Entlastungsneubau II. Das Plangebiet befindet sich innerhalb der Oker-Umflut im Zentrum Wolfenbüttels in direkter Nachbarschaft zum nördlich angrenzenden Schlossgebäude und dem südlich angrenzenden Gebäude der Landesmusikakademie und des Jugendgästehauses. Für die Erschließung und Einrichtung der Baustelle zum Neubau „Entlastungsbau II“ wer-den auf dem Schulgrundstück insgesamt rd. 6.000 m² Fläche in Anspruch genommen. Neben dem Gebäude mit einer Grundfläche von rd. 1.300 m² entfallen rd. 3.500 m² auf den bestehenden Schulhof, sowie rd. 1.200 m² auf eine Grünfläche. Die Flächen sind durch den Baustellenbetrieb komplett überformt und müssen nach Beendigung der Hochbauarbeiten wieder hergerichtet bzw. neu überplant werden.
