Description
Der Auftragnehmer führt Innenputzarbeiten in verschiedenen Teilbereichen des Bestandsgebäudes aus. Das Gebäude wird bauseits weitgehend in den Rohbauzustand zurückgeführt; der vorhandene Putz wird dabei nahezu vollflächig entfernt. In einzelnen Bereichen ist mit verbleibendem Bestandsputz zu rechnen. Die Putzarbeiten erfolgen überwiegend auf freigelegten Rohbauwänden aus Mauerwerk und teilweise auf Stahlbetonflächen. Bestandsbedingt ist mit unregelmäßigen Untergründen und erforderlichen Ausgleichsarbeiten zu rechnen. Darüber hinaus sind bauseits montierte Brandschutzbekleidungen, insbesondere im Sturzbereich von Öffnungen, zu verputzen.
