Description
Das Leistungsziel des Auftragnehmers besteht darin, das Gelände abzuräumen und zu profilieren. Dafür sind die vorhandenen Befestigungen, Aufbauten/ Einbauten und Materialien zurückzubauen, zu sortieren/ analysieren, zu entsorgen oder auf dieser oder einer anderen Baustelle wieder einzubauen. Neben dem Auf- und Abtrag ist damit zu rechnen, dass auch unterhalb des herzustellenden Geländeprofils in Teilbereichen Bodenaustausch durchzuführen ist, wenn dies aus statischen, umwelttechnischen oder anderen Gründen erforderlich wird. Zur Herstellung des Geländeprofils ist die Errichtung von Stützbauwerken erforderlich, was ebenfalls zum Leistungssoll des Auftragnehmers gehört. Das vom AN herzustellende Geländeprofil bildet die Grundlage, auf der die später tätigen Straßen- und Gleisbauer ihre Leistungen ausführen werden.
