Umfang der Leistung inkl. Wartungsarbeiten: Ziel der Baumaßnahme ist die Grundsanierung des gesamten Dienstgebäudes. Zu diesem Zweck ist das Gebäude komplett leer gezogen. Das als Land- und Amtsgerichtsgebäude Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts errichtete Gebäude steht als markantes repräsentatives Bauwerk in exponierter Lage am Domplatz im Zentrum der Stadt Erfurt. Leistungsumfang/Grobmengen: Demontagearbeiten Sanitär umfassen ca. 36 Stck WC, Sanitärporzellan, Demontage von rund 13 Waschbecken, Ausgussbecken Stahl ca. 2 Stck, ca. 5 Urinale – Ende Demontagearbeiten. Schmutzwasserentwässerung mit Zubehör: Abflussrohre aus PP in DN 32 - DN 125 ca. 491 m, inkl. Formteile , Anschlüsse an bestehende Schmutzwasserfallleitungen, SML-Verbinder, -Abzweige, -Verbindungsmuffen, -Manschetten rund 24 Stck, Rohrbelüfter, Anschlussschläuche je ca. 6 Stck, Edelstahl Bodenablauf inkl.
