Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Produktion der täglich anfallenden Tagespost E+2 (soweit eine zentra-le Produktion aus organisatorischen Gründen sinnvoll erscheint) und diverser Mailings (E+2 und/oder E+3/4). Die Tagespost umfasst sowohl Individualbriefe als auch Batchbriefe. Der Druckdatenstrom für die Tagespost wird über ein zentrales Output Management-System gebündelt und über eine gesicherte Verbindung zum zukünftigen Druckdienstleister übertragen. Das jährliche Produktionsvolumen für das Outsourcing beläuft sich in der Tagespost auf ca. 2.400.000 Seiten DIN A4 inklusive aller planbaren Mailings und ca. 1.100.000 Briefsendungen. Beförderungsleistungen, insbesondere Briefpostdienstleistungen, sind nicht Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung.
