Description
Auf dem Schulgelände der Waldstadt-Grundschule soll ein bis zu 5-geschossiger Erweiterungsneubau (Bauteil A, B, C) mit gesamt ca. 7.960 m² BGF / ca. 38.100 m³ BRI in Stahlbeton-Skelettbauweise, mit einer 2-Feld-Sporthalle im Untergeschoss und 2 Obergeschossen mit Unterrichtsräumen errichtet werden. Der Neubau erfolgt mit ebenengleichem Anschluss an ein, in Schulnutzung befindlichem, Bestandsgebäude. Nach Fertigstellung des Neubaus zieht die Schule von dem Bestand in diesen um. Anschließend erfolgt die Sanierung des 3-geschossigen Bestandes mit Teilunterkellerung, welche vorwiegend als Technikfläche genutz wird. Der Bestand umfass eine BGF von ca. 3000 m². Als gesamte Bauszeit vom Neubau über den Bestand bis hin zu den Außenanlagen einschließlich Inbetriebnahme und Mängelbeseitigung werden nach aktuelle Planung ca. 33 Monate veranschlagt.
