Description
Die Stadt Konz beabsichtigt die Erweiterung und Modernisierung der Grundschule im Ortsteil Könen. Im Rahmen der Maßnahme ist die Errichtung eines Mensaneubaus als Anbau an das bestehende Schulgebäude vorgesehen. Darüber hinaus soll eine neue zentrale Wärmeversorgungsanlage geschaffen werden, die künftig sowohl den Mensaneubau als auch das Bestandsgebäude der Grundschule mit Wärme versorgt. Die Finanzierung des Vorhabens erfolgt voraussichtlich anteilig aus Fördermitteln des Investitionsprogramms Ganztagsausbau (1. Bauabschnitt) sowie aus Eigenmitteln der Stadt Konz (2. Bauabschnitt). Nach Abschluss der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 5 beabsichtigt der Auftraggeber, die erforderlichen Förderanträge sowie Anträge auf Mittelbereitstellung bei den zuständigen Fördermittelgebern, den politischen Gremien und der Kommunalaufsicht einzureichen, um die Voraussetzung für die Bereitstellung weiterer Finanzmittel zu schaffen.
