Description
Die Deutsche Energy Terminal GmbH (nachfolgend "Auftraggeberin" oder "DET") schreibt die Vergabe von Festmacherbootleistungen für das Flüssigerdgasterminal in Stade aus. Die Bundesrepublik Deutschland hält 100 % der Anteile an der DET. Die Auftraggeberin ist hauptverantwortliche Betreiberin von Flüssiggasterminals, sogenannte "Floating Storage and Regasification Units" (FSRU). Im Auftrag des Bundesministeriums für Wirtschaft und Energie betreibt die DET die ersten deutschen Terminals, über die das LNG vom Schiff in das Gasnetz eingespeist wird. Aktuell sind vier Flüssigerdgasterminals an der Nordseeküste unter Kontrolle der DET. Die Flüssigerdgasterminals in Wilhelmshaven 1 und 2 als auch Brunsbüttel sind bereits in Betrieb, das nächste Flüssigerdgasterminal folgt in Stade. Die DET wurde dafür eingerichtet, die Charterverträge der FSRUs zu führen, die Errichtung der landseitigen Infrastruktur zu begleiten und insbesondere die operative Verantwortung des Terminalbetriebes wahrzunehmen…
