Die Stadt Nürnberg hat mit den Bauten auf dem ehemaligen Reichsparteitagsgelände ein verantwortungsvolles Erbe von nationaler Bedeutung übernommen. Der Bahnhof Dutzendteich ist der zentrale Anlaufpunkt für das Besuchspublikum des Lernortes Zeppelinfeld. Das Planungsfeld umfasst das ehemalige Bahnhofsgebäude mit offener Bahnsteighalle ( Westflügel ), zweigeschossigem Mittelbau und eingeschossigem Ostflügel. Ferner umfasst es die dazugehörigen Außenanlagen. Das Grundstück verläuft auf nordöstlicher Seite entlang der Gleise der Deutschen Bahn; im Südwesten wird es durch die Zeppelinstraße begrenzt (Länge gesamt ca. 220 m, Breite zw. ca. 18,0 m und 38,0 m). Die zwischen Beuthener und Zeppelinstraße gelegene Grün - und Verkehrsfläche kann in die Planungen für die Wegeführung mit einbezogen werden, fällt aber sonst nicht in den zu beplanenden Bereich. Das Gebäude selbst misst eine Gesamtlänge von ca. 72,0 m; die Flügelbauten sind ca. 11,0 bzw. 13,0 m breit, der Mittelbau ca. 17,0 m. Die…
