Die Stadt Singen will seine 69 aktuell betriebenen Parkscheinautomaten ersetzen durch vorprogrammierte Parkautomaten (in der Folge abgekürzt: PA), die eine digitale Parkraumüberwachung ermöglichen. Hierzu müssen neue PA geliefert, auf vorhandenen Fundamenten montiert und in Betrieb genommen werden. Bei der Neubeschaffung handelt es sich um Neugeräte. Die Software muss in der aktuellsten Version installiert sein.
