Description
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Verwertung - des kommunalen Anteils der Gesamtmenge des im Landkreis Aurich erfassten Altpapier - sowie die Miterfassung der Verkaufsverpackungen aus PPK, die nicht selbst durch die Systembetreiber vermarktet werden, durchzuführen. Die erfasste Gesamtmenge belief sich in den letzten zwölf Monaten (Sep. 2024 bis Aug. 2025) auf ca. 10.900 t (Gewichtstonnen). Näheres siehe Kap. 3.1.2 dieser Vergabeunterlagen. Die PPK werden durch die MKW zu einer vom AN zu benennenden Übergabestelle angeliefert. Als Übergabestelle kommen Behandlungs- oder Verwertungsanlagen (Papierfabriken) oder zugelassene Zwischenläger für PPK in Betracht.
