Description
Die Stadt Remscheid plant, die bestehende Ganztagshauptschule Hackenberg umfassend zu sanieren und baulich zu erweitern. Die Ganztagshauptschule Hackenberg ist Teil eines Schulzentrums. Das Bestandsgebäude der Hauptschule besteht aus zwei Baukörpern, einem viergeschossigen Riegel (Bauteil B1) sowie einem ein- bis zweigeschossiger Flachbau (Bauteil B2). Die Hauptschule wird durch einen dreigeschossigen Neubau (Bauteil A) mit Teilunterkellerung in Massivbauweise ergänzt. Das Gartengeschoss von Bestandsriegel (Bauteil B1) und Neubau (Bauteil A) binden in die Hanglage ein, sodass die Topografie von Ost- zu Westseite der Gebäude um ein Geschoss verspringt. Der Neubau Bauteil A ist als Massivbau mit vorgehängter Holzfassade geplant. Die Geschosshöhen des Bestandes werden im Neubau übernommen. Der Großteil der Innenwände ist tragend in Sichtbeton ausgebildet. Das Dach wird flach als Gründach mit PV-Anlage ausgebildet. Die Fassade ist horizontal mit Fensterbändern und Brandriegeln auf…
