Die Servicegruppe „Technischer Anwendungsbetrieb“ ist innerhalb des IT-DLZ für die Betreuung der Fachverfahren unserer Kunden zuständig. Die betreuten Fachverfahren sind so vielfältig wie die Behördenlandschaft des Freistaats Bayern. Ziel der Vergabe ist es eine Unterstützung als Systems Administrator/Engineer für die technische sowie organisatorische Betreuung diverser Fachverfahren zu erhalten. Die ausgeschriebene Dienstleistung umfasst im Wesentlichen die Unterstützung bei der Installation der Anwendung, das Einspielen von Updates und Hotfixes sowie die Analyse von Störungen und deren Behebung. Leistungszeitraum 9 Monate nach der Zuschlagserteilung. Leistungsumfang 190 PT. 1. Optionale Erhöhung um 188 PT mit Verlängerung um 9 Monate.
