Die Leistung umfasst Lieferung und Einbau des Doppelbodens (Systemboden) in den Geschossen Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss (Empore) nach den Planunterlagen, insbesondere: • Doppelboden in drei Zonen mit unterschiedlicher Hohlraumhöhe: hoher Luftraum EG (rd. 1.036 m², Hohlraumhöhe rd. 112 cm), Bürobereich EG (rd. 1.057 m², rd. 19-47 cm) und Empore OG (rd. 668 m², rd. 29 cm), zusammen rd. 2.760 m²; zusätzlich Doppelboden als geneigte Fläche (Rampen) rd. 73 m² • Reinigung des Doppelboden-Hohlraums vor der Plattenlegung (rd. 2.789 m²), Zulage für die Auswechslung der Unterkonstruktion (rd. 400 m²), Reserveplatten (rd. 28 m²) • Randanschlüsse des Doppelbodensystems (rd. 1.138 m) sowie Anschlüsse an Brandschutztrennwände im Doppelboden (rd. 100 m) • Plattenausschnitte (200 Platten für Bodentanks, 42 Platten mit rundem Ausschnitt, 1 Platte mit eckigem Ausschnitt) und 50 Lüftungsauslässe als begehbare Gitter • Bemusterung von Doppelbodenplatte und Belag nach Zuschlag, Stundenlohnarbeiten und…
