Description
Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η «Προμήθεια Ηλεκτρικών Οχημάτων και Σταθμών Φόρτισης» (CPV: 34144900-7, 31681500-8), τα οποία θα χρησιμοποιηθούν για τις ανάγκες των υπηρεσιών του Δήμου Αθηναίων. Η προμήθεια ηλεκτρικών οχημάτων είναι μια συμφέρουσα και βιώσιμη λύση. Τα ηλεκτρικά οχήματα υπάγονται στο πεδίο εφαρμογής της οδηγίας (ΕΕ) 2019/1161 που αφορά στην τροποποίηση της οδηγίας 2009/33/ΕΚ, σχετικά με την προώθηση καθαρών και ενεργειακά αποδοτικών οχημάτων οδικών μεταφορών, με πράσινα κριτήρια, όπως αυτά αναφέρονται στην οδηγία (ΕΕ) 2019/1161. Τα οχήματα αυτού του τύπου προσφέρουν πλεονεκτήματα που σχετίζονται με τη βιωσιμότητα, τη μείωση των εκπομπών CO2, την εξοικονόμηση πόρων και τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής στους αστικούς χώρους. Τα ηλεκτροκίνητα οχήματα συμβάλουν σημαντικά στη μείωση των ρύπων και στη βελτίωση της ποιότητας του αέρα, ειδικά σε αστικά περιβάλλοντα. Έχουν χαμηλότερο κόστος καυσίμων καθώς και μειωμένα έξοδα συντήρησης.
