Description
Tervezési tevékenység a Szekszárdi Járásbíróság teljeskörű felújítása érdekében, a Szekszárd, Béla király tér. 4. sz. (hrsz.: 1792) alatti ingatlanon. A jelenlegi járásbírósági épület a bírósági tevékenység mai kornak megfelelő elvárásait (megnövekedett ügyérkezések, létszám növekedés stb.) egyre nehezebben tudja kielégíteni, ezért került sor a munkakörülmények javítása érdekében megoldások keresésére. A Beruházó / Építtető szándéka a Szekszárdi Járásbíróság áthelyezése a jelenlegi épületből a Szekszárd, Béla király tér 4. szám alatti volt Büntetés-végrehajtási Intézet épületébe, a mai kornak megfelelő funkcionális és technológiai feltételek megteremtésével. A tárgyi beruházás megvalósulásával a Szekszárdi Törvényszék és a Szekszárdi Járásbíróság is a Szekszárd, Béla király tér mellett működne és üzemelne, mely a belső bírósági ügymeneteket is egyszerűsíti. Előzőek alapján a jelen beszerzés az érintett épület teljeskörű felújítási munkáinak és szükség szerinti átalakítási munkáinak…
