„Búvár-tó és környezetének komplex fejlesztése” című, TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23-SG1-2025-00019 azonosító számú projekt kapcsán engedélyezési és kiviteli tervek készítése, tervezői művezetés és kapcsolódó járulékos szolgáltatások ellátása tervezési szerződés keretében. A tervezés tárgya: A Szegedi Búvár-tó és környezetének rendezése, rehabilitációja, figyelemmel a tó élővilágára, valamint a tó területe mellett élő és az odalátogató emberek életében betöltött szerepére. A tó közvetlen környezetéhez kapcsolódó további zöldfelületek és közterületek rehabilitációja és új rekreációs funkciók kialakításának tervezése az elkészült vázlatterv alapján. A projekt területére, az 1-4. jelű területekre, engedélyezési és kiviteli tervek készítése, tervezői művezetés és kapcsolódó járulékos szolgáltatások ellátása.
