Description
Occluderek beszerzése kihelyezett áruraktár üzemeltetésével 6 részben, összesen 507 db/24 hó mennyiségben a Közbeszerzési Dokumentáció részét képező Műszaki Leírásban részletesen meghatározottak szerint Ajánlatkérő 70 % lehívására vállal kötelezettséget. Ajánlatkérő valamennyi részben a teljesítés során az ajánlati felhívásban részenként külön-külön előírt mennyiség (az egységár vagy más szerződéses feltételek módosítása nélkül) 30%-ának megfelelő mértékben opciót tart fenn. Ajánlatkérő a nyertes ajánlatban rögzített áron jogosult gyakorolni opciós jogát a szerződés időtartama alatt. Tárgyi közbeszerzési eljárás a gyógyszerek és orvostechnikai eszközök közbeszerzésének sajátos szabályairól szóló 16/2012. (II.16.) Kormány rendelet hatálya alá tartozik. Kihelyezett áruraktár üzemeltetésével kapcsolatos részletes feltételeket a Közbeszerzés Dokumentáció részét képező szerződéstervezet tartalmazza. Ajánlattevő az ajánlatban nyilatkozni köteles a kihelyezett áruraktár létesítése…
